Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and whether you're a creator or a brand.
• Profile details you choose to add: handle, bio, country and category.
• Channel data you allow us to read when you connect a platform: channel name, handle, profile picture, follower count, views, and for YouTube the last 28 days of watch time, likes and comments.
• Brand verification details: company name, website and work email.
• Activity on Bridge Connector: offers, messages, reviews and notifications.

What we don't collect

We never see or store your platform passwords. We don't keep platform login tokens after reading your stats, and we can't post, change or delete anything on your channels.

How we use it

• To verify channels and build your profile, rank and resume.
• To calculate ranks, badges and the authenticity score shown to verified brands.
• To let verified brands find creators, send offers and message them.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Who can see what

• Anyone: a public creator profile's name, photo, handle, platforms, rank, audience size, engagement, growth, badges and brand reviews. You can make your profile private in Settings.
• Verified brands: detailed channel stats and the authenticity score.
• Only you: your own detailed stats, offers, messages and notifications.
• Nobody else: your email address and password.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, in the United States, protected by row-level security so each person can only read what they're allowed to. The site is hosted by Vercel.

Services we use

• Google (YouTube), Twitch and Kick: to read the channel stats you allow when you connect.
• Supabase: database and sign-in. Vercel: hosting.
• Stripe: brand payments. Stripe handles card details; we never see or store them.
• Anthropic: powers Pulse and the brief writer. Only the question you ask and the data you're already allowed to see are sent, and Anthropic doesn't use it to train its models.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

AI features

Pulse, the brief writer and smart matching use AI and are marked with a sparkle. AI answers can be wrong, so check anything important. Ranks, badges and the authenticity score are calculated by fixed, published rules, not by AI.

Your choices

• Edit or hide your profile at any time in Settings.
• Disconnect a platform at any time from that platform's own security settings.
• Ask us to export or delete your account and data from the Contact page.

Changes

If we make an important change to this policy we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
