Your account

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Give accurate information. Brand accounts must represent a real business you're allowed to act for.

Connecting channels

Only connect channels you own or manage. By connecting, you allow us to read the stats described in our Privacy policy and to show them as described there.

Fair play

• Don't buy followers, views or engagement, or try to manipulate ranks, scores or badges.
• Don't impersonate another creator or business.
• Don't harass, spam or ask for payment outside an agreed offer.
• Don't try to access data you're not allowed to see, or disrupt the service.

We may withdraw badges, remove ranks or close accounts that break these rules.

Offers and campaigns

Offers are agreements between the brand and the creator. Brands must pay creators the amount agreed in an accepted offer. We are not a party to that agreement unless we say so for a specific payment feature.

Brand plans

Paid brand plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time; your plan continues to the end of the period you've paid for.

Ranks and scores

Ranks, badges and authenticity scores are calculated from the data available to us and are offered as guidance. They are not a guarantee of any creator's future results.

Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We'll give notice before important changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
